Realcock2.ca Return Policy
1. Policy Duration
We offer a 30-day return policy. Please initiate your return within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and unaltered.
- Original tags and packaging must be intact.
- A valid proof of purchase (receipt/order confirmation) is required.
3. Return Process
a) Contact our Support Team at info@Realcock2.ca to request authorization.
b) Once approved, you'll receive:
- A prepaid return shipping label.
- Detailed instructions for the return.
- The designated return address.
Note: Unauthorized returns (without prior approval) will not be accepted.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect items upon delivery. If you receive:
- Defective merchandise
- Damaged items during shipping
- Incorrect products

5. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Used intimate products (including opened dildo/personal pleasure devices)
- Personal care items
- Custom or personalized products
- Perishable goods (like lubricants)
- Sale items and gift cards
Contact us if you're unsure about the eligibility of your return.
6. Exchanges
For quick replacements:
1) Follow the authorized return process for the original item.
2) Place a new order after your return is accepted.
7. EU Customers: 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
Orders shipped to EU destinations can be canceled within 14 calendar days without providing a reason. Standard return conditions (see Section 2) apply.
8. Refund Processing
- Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after:
a) We receive your returned item.
b) We verify compliance with our return policy.
- Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
- Please note that bank processing may take additional time.
- If your refund does not appear within 15 business days of approval, please contact info@realdickx.com.
